Today, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. confirmed that Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden would be coming to North American on Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL in Fall 2015. To be precise, the title will be available at game retailers and on the Nintendo eShop on the currently set release date of October 20, 2015.

The game is being produced by Arc System Works, the studio behind the popular fighting series Guilty Gear and BlazBlue. Keeping in style for Arc System Works, Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden is a 1-on-1 two dimensional fighting game set in the Dragon Ball universe (obviously). Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden will feature over 20 playable fighters and have over 100 supporting characters. So if there’s a classic fight you want to relive or create a battle that never was, Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden might be the answer.
