Today the official Playstation blog came out with some pretty fantastic news. Those still playing Bloodborne (such as myself), those that played the title but have since moved on or even those that are looking for a reason to take the plunge into From Software’s newest series should all be excited; Bloodborne is finally receiving some DLC! The DLC is titled “The Old Hunters” and will be available for purchase at a price of $19.99 USD on November 24, just in time to give you something to play on the side during the intensive Fallout 4 binges that will be happening at the time.

Even with the large amount of content included in the original release, including Chalice Dungeons created through procedural generation, many of the game’s players have moved on since Bloodborne‘s release almost six months ago. The Old Hunters aims to kindle that fire by adding new weapons, new outfits, new NPCs to meet, new areas to explore and new enemies to hunt. The most notable addition to the bestiary is a warped and beastial version of Ludwig, the first hunter of the Healing Church. Sony has hosted a preview video on the official PlayStation YouTube channel which you can view here:

Playstation also provided a few paragraphs to give a small idea of what the DLC will be about and what to expect from it:

Set in a nightmare world where hunters from the past are trapped forever, explore brand new stages full of dangers, rewards, and deadly beasts to overcome. You’ll find multiple new outfits and weapons to add to your arsenal as well as additional magic to wield and add more variety to your combat strategy. With new story details, learn the tale of hunters who once made Yharnam their hunting grounds, meet new NPCs, and discover another side of the history and world of Bloodborne.
