In a press release today it was revealed that Ariana Grande (of all people) will be joining the ranks of characters in the Final Fantasy installment, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. For those who have not heard of it before, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is a free-to-play mobile game that originally debuted (worldwide) in June of 2016. Ariana herself has stated, “it is an honor for my Pixel Art character and my music to be included in the new “Final Fantasy Brave Exvius” game, a mainstay in the Japanese pop culture, which I absolutely adore.”
As an added result, Ariana Grande’s song “Touch It” will be making an appearance in the game. Not the actual track, mind you, it will appear as a remix in the style of the game itself. The internationally known artist’s appearance will be adapted into what you can see below:
More details and a preview of the track were released in the video below:
The game itself has already reached a staggering nine million downloads worldwide at this point. To commemorate this and the release of Ariana’s character, Square Enix is giving away a significant boost in daily login bonuses. For those interested in giving the game a go (or to play as Ariana’s character), it can be found on both Google Play and the Apple App Store for free.
