Aniplex of America has announced that they will be hosting a Launch Celebration for the upcoming release of the English version of Fate/Grand Order at this year’s Anime Expo. The Launch Celebration event will be taking place on July 1st at 3:00 PM PST, be open to about 2,000 convention attendees, and will be hosted in the Petree Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The event will feature guest appearances by those involved in the series, including Fate series voice actor Ayako Kawasumi (Saber), Fate/Grand Order Producer and Aniplex Inc. President Atsuhiro Iwakami, and DELiGHTWORKS Creative Director Yosuke Shiokawa. A special poster with Ms. Kawasumi’s signature will be featured as an exclusive gift for those in attendance at the Launch Celebration.

Additionally, Aniplex of America will have an official Fate/Grand Order booth open on the show floor. The booth will feature a demo area as well as exclusive programming and summoning circle where attendees will be able to try their luck to win various prizes.

Fate/Grand Order will be available in North America in its English-language version on June 25th starting at 9PM PST for iOS and Andoird devices, being downloadable from the Apple App Store and Google Play. For those unfamiliar, Aniplex of America describes the game:

Fate/Grand Order is a tactical turn-based role-playing game that challenges players to become Masters and summon powerful allies or Heroic Spirits, who are based on historical figures such as King Arthur, William Shakespeare, Hercules, and Joan of Arc. The free-to-play mobile game takes players back through history to embark on an epic quest known as Grand Order.
