Sentai Filmworks Acquires Ajin: Demi-Human

Today, Sentai Filmworks announced that they have acquired the distribution rights for the hit Netflix series, Ajin: Demi-Human. This means that Sentai Filmworks will be bringing you Ajin: Demit-Human on DVD and Blu-Ray. So be on the lookout for the show to appear on shelves and across select digital media outlets as it will have exclusive extras that are only available with this release. That being said, it has yet to be mentioned whether this includes both seasons or merely season 1. Girls und Panzer der Film is Finally Coming to the US

Today, Sentai Filmworks made the announcement that they are going to release the hit movie, Girls und Panzer der Film, across the United States. The film originally came out in 2015 in Japan and is a continuation of the anime series of the same name, Girls und Panzer, which originally debuted back in 2012. Sentai Filmworks Licenses Magic of Stella

In what will surely be a slew of announcements (starting yesterday with Long Rider!), Sentai Filmworks is back at it again acquiring Fall 2016 anime.Today, Sentai Filmworks announced their latest acquisition, Magic of Stella. Unlike the others though, this show is currently only available through Daisuki ‘s streaming service. No luck yet for users who are exclusively on Funimation or Crunchyroll. Sentai Filmworks Licenses Long Riders!

The folks at Sentai Filmworks have added yet another title to their Fall 2016 anime lineup, this time it is the biking series Long Riders! Long Riders! will be available through various digital outlets. In fact, it has already started airing since October 8th. Sentai Filmworks Licenses Chihayafuru

Today, Sentai Filmworks announced that they have acquired the license for the anime series Chihayafuru.  This will include both seasons of the series. Chihayafuru, which began as a  manga series in 2007, is still currently running and is written by Yuki Suetsugu. Sentai Filmworks announced today that they have acquired the rights for the summer 2016 anime show Momokuri. Thanks to Sentai Filmworks this slice of life comedy will be available through select digital outlets for simulcasting this season. Today, Sentai Filmworks announced that they have acquired the license for the Spring 2016 anime Flying Witch. This means, that although Flying Witch has already begun airing on Crunchyroll, Sentai Filmworks will be doing a digital release and the anime (as soon as it is finished) will be available on home video. Yesterday, Sentai Filmworks announced that they have acquired the licensing for the anime series based off the famous MMORPG, Onigiri. Today, Sentai Filmworks announced their home video release of the Wake Up, Girls! The Movie. The video release is expected to launch on June 7th, 2016. Cross Ange Receives English Dub

Today Section 23 Films announced, as a part of its June slate, the anime Cross Ange will be receiving and English dub. The dub itself will be released through Sentai Filmworks as an uncut version of Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons. The series will be released on both Blu-ray and DVD and will cost around  $69.98 or $59.98.
