If you’re a fan of competitive Hearthstone then you won’t want to miss the second half of the Americas World Championship Qualifier Tournament this weekend. The event will bring together sixteen of the most skilled players with the end result being four making it to the next round at Blizzcon where they’ll compete against twelve other players for a share of the $250,000 prize pool.

The action starts on October 5th and the event is set to take place at the Hammerstein Ball Room in New York City with shoutcasters Dan “Frodan” Chou, Ryan “Realz” Masterson and Erik “DoA” Loonquist covering the excitement. If you can’t make it out to New York City the event will also be streamed live via twitch.

If you haven’t been paying attention lately, Blizzard also has a nice article where you can get to know¬†the top 16 players that will be competing.
