There’s a new trailer on the loose for the upcoming RPG from NIS America, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy. The trailer gives you a bit of backstory as to what you’ll be doing in the game, which is working with the Xth Squad to take down various beasts in what the game refers to as Hazard Cases.

Sounds like tough work, doesn’t it? I’m sure you’ll be alright, if you follow the advice of Alice Mifune as she guides you through the initiation process. And now for the matter of DLC, there are a total of three items, two of which are free for one month. Don’t worry if you miss it though, the DLC for this game won’t break your bank. All of the DLC is priced reasonably at a low 99 cents. Not bad!

Here’s the full rundown, in case you were curious as to what will be available:

Dark Hero Portraits
Content: 6 additional characters and each with 3 different color variations.
Price: Free until July 9 (July 5 EU), $0.99/€0.99 thereafter

Swim Team Xth Squad Portraits
Content: 6 additional female characters in swim suits and each with 3 different color variations.
Price: $0.99/€0.99 from June 9 (June 5 EU)

Bonus Content
Content: 2 type of items that will help the players to start off the game.
-Power Recorders (x3) – Let’s player save anywhere inside the Abyss.
-Hachi’s Workout Pack – Raises all enemy levels by 5.
Price: Free until July 9 (July 5 EU), $0.99/€0.99 thereafter

Not bad for the price, especially if you’re picking the game up at launch.

Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy will be available exclusively for the PlayStation Vita later this year on June 9 in North America and a little earlier on June 5 in Europe. The game will be available both physically and digitally.
