For those that are not aware, the hit anime series, Neon Genesis Evangelion, has turned 20 years old. And with the series reaching its 20th anniversary, the company Sharp has announced the release of their Neon Genesis Evangelion smartphone!

According to Sharp’s website,  the model of the phone itself is called the SH-M02-EVA20 and apparently has a custom wallpaper for each day of the week. The phone also features sound effects from 55 different species within their own application called the “Eva Sound.” Unfortunately there will only be 30,000 of these phones actually produced and cost relatively ¥84,240 (a little over $700).

And does it look really sleek! With the same electric purple and green as the Eva itself, it will be a hard phone to miss.
