The sixth and final movie in the Digimon tri saga has finally made its debut on Crunchyroll today. As per usual the movie is split into 4 episodes each with a running time of 22:00 minutes.


Digimon Adventure tri.: Future is currently also in theaters in Japan and will be for the next three weeks. For those lucky enough to make it to one of the screenings, you will get a chance to buy the limited edition Blu-ray only available at the participating theaters.

With the final movie released this will mark an end to an almost 3 year journey. The first movie in the saga, Digimon Adventure tri.: reunion, aired on November 21st with the rest of the movies in the saga consecutively released every half a year. All five movies are currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll . Sadly only four of the movies are currently available for home video purchase.

For fans of the series in the United States, currently Fathom Events and Toei Animation are screening the fifth, and sixth movies in theaters  with an English dub. The fifth movie will screen on May 10 at 7:30 p.m. local time, and the sixth movie will screen on September 20 at 7:30 p.m. local time as well.
